These volunteer roles are essential to helping the show run smoothly and providing a great experience for our cast and audiences.
❄️ Actor Assistance (Hair, Makeup & Costumes)
Assist actors before, during, and after performances with hair, makeup, and costumes. This includes helping with quick costume changes during the show. This role requires attendance at rehearsals prior to the show run so volunteers can learn scene changes, backstage procedures, and safety protocols.
❄️ Backstage Crew
Help move set pieces and assist actors backstage during performances. Volunteers in this role will need to attend rehearsals prior to the show run to become familiar with scene changes and backstage operations. This role requires attendance at rehearsals prior to the show run so volunteers can learn scene changes, backstage procedures, and safety protocols.
❄️ Concessions
Help operate the concession stand before performances and during intermission. Duties include selling snacks, beverages, and merchandise. Volunteer positions include:
• Cash Register Operators (2)
• Concession Helpers (2)
• Runner (1)
