Maumee Valley Civic Theater Bio Guidelines

A bio is used in our programs to help audience members get to know our cast and crew. Bios can include past productions with Maumee Valley Civic Theater or other theaters, hobbies, interests, school activities, fun facts, and future goals. You may also include social media handles if you wish. Keep your bio under 150 words.

Youth Bio Example (Returning Performer)Jordan Smith is excited to return to the Maumee Valley Civic Theater stage as ROLE in PRODUCTION TITLE. Previous theater credits include The Little Mermaid, Newsies, and Matilda. Outside of theater, Jordan enjoys drawing, playing soccer, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. Jordan would like to thank the directors, cast, crew, and family members for their encouragement and support throughout the production.

Youth Bio Example (Debut Performer)Emily Carter is thrilled to make her debut with Maumee Valley Civic Theater as ROLE in PRODUCTION TITLE. Emily enjoys singing, dancing, reading, and participating in school activities. She is excited to meet new friends and learn more about theater while being part of this production. Emily would like to thank her family for their support and everyone at MVCT for making this experience so welcoming and fun.

Adult Bio Example (Returning Performer)Michael Davis is excited to return to the Maumee Valley Civic Theater stage as ROLE in PRODUCTION TITLE. Previous credits include roles in Beauty and the Beast, Mamma Mia!, and The Music Man. Outside of theater, Michael enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with family. He would like to thank the production team, cast, and his family for their continued support and encouragement.

Adult Bio Example (Debut Performer)Sarah Miller is thrilled to make her Maumee Valley Civic Theater debut in PRODUCTION TITLE. While new to the MVCT stage, Sarah has always loved music and performing. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, and volunteering in the community. Sarah would like to thank the cast, crew, and her family for their kindness and support during her first production experience with MVCT.
